Terms of Business

The following terms of business apply to all work undertaken by Chopstik Internet Limited. Without exception these terms apply in all cases and are only varied by individual negotiation prior to any work commencing. These terms are included on every invoice and quoting documentation provided to clients.

Ownership of any software code written passes from Chopstik Internet Limited ("Agency") to the Client when payment as invoiced is received in full.

Unless otherwise negotiated, payment terms, are 14 days from any invoice date. Larger projects may be invoiced progressively.

Hosting your web application or website does not indicate ownership of software code by the Agency and all software code remains solely the Client's property subject to the payment clause above where it is written specifically for the project and not the copyright works of a third party.

FTP access to your software code is provided as a matter of course. Database access can be provided on request. At any time the Client requests a copy of the source software code and associated database information, these will be made available without delay subject to the payment clause above.

Hosting details are available on request. Hosting and domain renewal payments are annual in advance and fall due 30 days prior to the anniversary of your hosting account creation.

Prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). GST will be added to all project costs. Our GST registration is 102-963-490
